Pool and Spa Inspection – add $50 - standard
small (up to 10,000 gallon) residential pools included in base rate.
Historic home older
than 75 years – add $100
Abandoned older homes are more. We will
look and quote.
Construction progress inspections. Please call. Our rates are
based on the time necessary to inspect and report.
Commercial / Industrial: We
will quote based on information provided by client.
FHA compliance inspections $100
to $300 depending on extent.
Four point Insurance Inspections $175 to $200 depending
on structure size.
A four point (roof & structure, electrical, plumbing,
hvac) is almost a standard home inspection without the formal report
but
with an Insurance industry certified form. Upon request we will prepare a four point form as part of
a standard home inspection at no additional cost.
Wind Mitigation
Inspections. Nominally $200.
